Caution regarding warranty.

I purchased a devan bed in January 2022, and by the time the year was nearly over, the base began to sag. I reached out to the company just a week shy of the one-year mark to voice my concerns. They informed me that I was no longer covered by the one-year warranty. When I pointed out that I was still within the warranty period, they claimed I wouldn’t be by the time the bed was produced. So, just a heads up—your warranty kicks in before the bed is even made, and the materials used are not up to par. I reckon trading standards would have a thing or two to say about this.

We’ve really enjoyed our time with Amore. The bed is top-notch and showed up right on schedule. No doubt, we’d choose this company again.
